the thing is...

the student who receives not a good mark at the end of the school has to be informed and treated in the right way. What does it mean?

Well, you should communicate it with nonchalance, but not superficially, showing interest in his/her situation, but enough cold-shouldering, as well as serious and firm standing. By the way, not too tough. Always paying attention to the message that is coming out: effort is needed to gain anything. But no-panic, no-stress!

It's important to avoid that the student gets despondency, or feeling like personal defeat, loss of confidence. All has to map the history of his/her study during this school year, in terms of performance, diligence, commitment...

Moreover, do not forget praises to who got a good mark, in order to help him/her keeping with his/her attitude and will - to be invested in the next school year.

Last but not least, to be fully successful you have to repeat all said upon in each case, with every student... that means, in my case, circa 90 times.

Who said that the evaluation activity is easy?!?!?

Ok, time to shoot the conclusive sentence:

(I know that someone in Zürich who's reading this is laughing loudly :-) )
